EPA-Syria Board of Directors consists of five persons, The Board of Directors adopts the multi-annual work program, the annual work programs, and the annual reports, and appoints the Executive Director.
He is responsible to the Board of Directors for the implementation of the programmes and for the day-to-day running of EPA-Syria.
The Senior Management Team consists of the CEO, Technical Adviser, and Heads of Programs and departments, and meets regularly to manage the day-to-day activities of EPA.
All members of the association’s staff must respect the Code of Good Administrative behavior in their relations with the public. This is complemented by a Policy for the management and prevention of conflicts of interest and an Anti-fraud strategy.
The Environmental Experts Network is Scientific Committee, that assists EPA-Syria Board of Directors and the CEO in providing scientific advice and delivering professional opinions on any scientific matter in the areas of work undertaken by EPA-Syria, and its tasks are delivering an opinion on EPA-Syria multiannual and annual work programs, giving an opinion to the CEO for the purposes of recruitment of the EPA-Syria scientific staff, and providing advice and/or opinion on any scientific matter concerning the Association's activity, which the Board of Directors or the CEO may submit to it.
